Police arrested 13 university students who were smoking Ganja Cannabis within the Kelaniya University premises last night. In Sri Lanka about 200,000 people addicted to Ganja.
The Ganja ready for consumption was also detected. The arrest was made by the Kiribathgoda Police with the help of officials of the university.
The students were from the Art and Commerce faculties. They will be produced before the Mahara magistrate today.
